1. General provisions
These Purchase and Sale Rules (hereinafter – the “Rules”) are a legally binding document that determines the mutual rights, duties and responsibilities of the Buyer (hereinafter – “You”) and the Seller (hereinafter – “We”) when you purchase goods in the e-shop.
2. The moment of conclusion of the sale contract
The contract between you and us is considered concluded from the moment when you e-mail after creating a shopping cart in the store, specifying the delivery address, choosing a payment method and familiarizing yourself with our rules, click the “Place order” button.
Each contract concluded between us and you is stored on the store’s website.
3. Your rights
You have the right to buy goods in the e-store in accordance with these rules and the procedure established by the e-store.
4. You commit
Accept the ordered goods and pay the agreed price for them. If the data provided in your registration form changes, you must update it immediately.
You agree to these buying and selling rules and must comply with them.
5. Our rights
If the Buyer tries to damage the e-store for the work or stable operation, we can limit or stop him from using e-store without prior warning or cancel the Buyer’s registration.
In case of important circumstances, we may temporarily or completely terminate e-store operations without notifying you in advance. We may unilaterally change the terms of these rules.
6. We commit
To create all conditions for you to properly use the services provided by the e-store.
Deliver the goods you ordered to the address specified by you and within the agreed delivery period.
We, in the event of important circumstances, being unable to deliver the goods you ordered, undertake to offer you an analogous product, and if you refuse to accept the analogue of the product, to return the money paid to you.
7. Delivery of goods
The goods are delivered by us or an authorized representative.
During the delivery of the goods, you must check the condition of the delivered goods together with us or a courier employee.
If you notice external damage to the items in the package (break(s), dent(s), scratch(s), corrosion damage(s), etc.), you have the right not to accept the items in the package and to inform us about this as soon as possible, and to indicate such a fact in the consignment note.
If you accept the product and sign the bill of lading without comments, it is considered that the shipment was delivered in good condition, and you have no claims regarding the goods in the shipment.
8. Return of items
The return of items takes place in accordance with 2001. June 29 By order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania no. 217 “On the approval of the rules for returning and exchanging items” in the rules for returning and exchanging items, according to which it is indicated that quality cosmetic products are non-exchangeable goods.
When a defective product is returned, we undertake to replace it with an analogous product, in the case that we do not have an analogous product, we return the money paid for the product.
The product is exchanged only if the packaging was not damaged, the product was not used or purchased at a discount.
The item must be returned in the packaging in which it was delivered. The package must be undamaged, clean, properly prepared and packed. The returned item must be fully assembled. You are responsible for the complete assembly and packaging of the item. If the item is not fully assembled and properly packaged, we do not accept the item for return.
9. Warranty service of vaporizers
Essential oil vaporizers are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not apply if malfunctions caused by mechanical damage, signs of dismantle, voltage fluctuations and improper grounding, operation in unsuitable environmental conditions, foreign objects, substances, liquids have been found inside. The warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase. If you have problems using the device during the warranty period, contact UAB Saflora office at Naugarduko st. 102, LT-03160 Vilnius, so that employees can inspect the product (contact e-mail – info@saflora.lt). If it is not possible to return the product to the warranty service center by yourself, the buyer can return and pick up the product using courier or postal services. Proof of purchase will be required for warranty service, so it is very important that you include your order number (or invoice number).
10. Liability
You are fully responsible for the correctness of the data provided in the registration form. If you do not provide accurate data in the registration form, we are not responsible for the resulting consequences.
You are responsible for actions taken using e-store.
We are not responsible for the information provided on the websites of other companies, even if you access these websites via e-store links.
In the case of damage, the guilty party compensates the other party for the losses incurred.
11. Sending information
We send all messages to the e-mail address provided in your registration form.
You send all messages and questions by e-mail at the e-mail address specified in the “Contacts” section of the store.
12. Final Provisions
The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to these rules.
All disagreements arising from the implementation of these rules are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
